About Us

Our Story

Our story truly started from humble beginnings, guided by God's will, and by God's grace, we are here today! After much prayer and fasting, One God Church was started as a home church in August of 2025. Our first meeting was just two families on couches in a living room, worshiping and reading from the word of God. Each week was a miracle, as families continued to come and new families joined. As the weeks became months, it became clear that God was moving, and we have been grateful to be a part of that journey. May we continue to follow as God leads!

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring others to the only true God and His beloved son, Jesus, the Christ. We seek to do this by:

Fostering a welcoming community rooted in the truth of God’s word, given to us through the prophets, apostles, and His beloved son, Jesus.
Making disciples of all nations, starting with our neighbors and surrounding community.
Worshiping the only true God together in spirit and truth.
Loving God, His son, and others in a way consistent with God’s word.
Obeying God, through His word, and the leading of the holy spirit.
Living life in accordance with the scriptures, holding the words of Jesus above all others.
Following Jesus, our ultimate example.
Encouraging each other and edifying the body of Christ, as an example to the world.

Our Beliefs

Our church believes many things, but we affirm the following beliefs as being core beliefs for shared fellowship, faith, and purpose.

We affirm:

The Father is the only true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; (John 17:3, 1 Corinthians 8:6, 1 Chronicles 29:10, Psalm 89:17, Malachi 2:10, Acts 3:13)
Jesus is the Messiah, the son of God, our lord; (Mat 16:15-16, Acts 2: 36, John 10:36)
The Holy Bible as the inspired word of God and the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct; (2 Tim 3: 16-17)
Jesus is the only way to the Father, and the only means by which one can be saved; (John 14:6, Acts 4:12)
We are to live in obedience to God; (1 John 5:3, Jam 1:22, Mat 7:21, Acts 5:29-32)
Jesus, our lord, is our ultimate example, we are to follow him; (Mat 16:24, 1 Pet 2:21)
We are under the new covenant, of the spirit, granted by the blood of Jesus the Christ and no longer under the old covenant, the law of Moses, the letter of the law. (Luke 22:20, 1 Cor 11:23-25, Gal 5:18, 2 Cor 3:6, Gal 3:21-25, Mat 5:17-18, Gal 4:1-7, Heb 9:13-28, 1 Cor 7:17-19, Romans 7:1-6)
